Hereafter, we inform about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that is personally related to you, eg. Name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.
As we are the controller for data processing, we have implemented numerous technical and organizational measures to ensure the most complete protection possible for personal data processed via this website. Nevertheless, Internet-based data transmissions can in principle have security gaps so that absolute protection can not be guaranteed. 4. Collection of personal data when visiting our website
4.1 In the case of merely informative use of the website, ie. if you do not register or provide us with information otherwise, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. 5. Newsletter

5.5 We point out that we evaluate your user behavior when sending the newsletter. For this evaluation, the emails sent include so-called web beacons or tracking pixels that represent one-pixel image files stored on our website. For the evaluation, we link the data mentioned in No. 4 and the web beacons with your e-mail address and an individual ID. The data is collected pseudonymised exclusively. The IDs are not linked to your other personal data, a direct personal reference is excluded.
5.6 You can object to this tracking at any time by clicking on the separate link provided in each e-mail or informing us via another contact information. The information will be stored as long as you have subscribed to the newsletter. After opting out, we store the data purely statistically and anonymously.
6. Use of Google Analytics with anonymization function
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). The use includes the operating mode "Universal Analytics". We are currently using the following social media plug-ins: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn. We use the so-called two-click solution. 9. Use of Pipedrive LeadBooster Chat
9.1 This website uses the "Pipedrive LeadBooster Chat" service, provided by Pipedrive, Inc. (460 Park Ave South, New York, NY 10016, USA), henceforth called "Pipedrive".
9.2 This service, henceforth called "live chat", provides a chat, which enables the website user to easily approach the Billoid team ("we", "us") in order to schedule meetings, ask questions about the product, or contact us for any other purpose. Depending on the availability of a Billoid sales & support team member, the user will be connected either to such team member, or to a chat bot.
9.3 By visiting the website, Pipedrive receives the information that you have accessed the website. In addition, the data mentioned under § 4.1 of this declaration will be transmitted.
9.4 In all situations mentioned under § 9.2 of this declaration, the user might be asked to enter personal information, which will then be stored by Pipedrive. Purpose of this data collection is the gain of better knowledge about the user's needs as a potential client or partner, and the option to contact the user regarding this topic.
9.5 Pipedrive uses cookies to store status information of the user's chat session, specifically (but not solely) when interacting with the chat bot. The user can at any time dissent with the usage of those cookies by deactivating the general use of cookies through the respective setting of their browser. However, we want to point out that some website features, as well as the overall experience of using the website may be impacted, if cookies are disabled.
